Father/Daughter talk on love

Dad: "Morgan, you won't kiss no yucky, dirty boys?"
Morgan: "No" (a little drawn out with a hint of sarcasm)
Dad: "Morgan, you won't kiss boys?"
Morgan: "Yes I will, they love me."
Dad (dramatic pause with a scrunched up disturbed face)
Morgan: "They're yummy!"
I think that talk went well, don't you?

Thank you, Uncle (Doctor) Jason - now we can see!!!

The boys have now reached the point of needing glasses for distance, aren't they handsome? It's really sad when your son (Kolton) asks, "This is how you see every day?", after putting his glasses on. He now sits ON the couch to play the Wii instead of standing or sitting 12" away!

Yes, that's a haircut, too!! He agreed to let Jamie cut his hair as soon as school was out - he's SO handsome!!

Fishing in Ohio

Jamie had a GREAT time with his new adoptive family in Ohio. They took him fishing and had fish fries.

Long Day

After spending a L---O---N---G day at the pool (5 hours), here's how the kids wound down.

Outing

The kids and I headed over to Bridgestreet to see "UP" today. Here we are sitting in front of the theater until showtime.

Handprints

I realize these are very blurry, but I took them with the cell phone and I couldn't really tell what the picture looked like in the sun! Morgan was trying to see her hand and foot prints after getting out of the pool - it was hilarious to see, so I had to snap it!

FAMILY!!!

Jeff was in Nashville on business and Gina was privileged to be able to go with him. Since they were so close, they came down for the night. They are so much fun, never a dull moment. We LOVED having them here and can't wait to be with them again! Thanks to Gina (Facebook), here are some pictures that were taken during their time here.

Rainbows

We had some storms roll through this evening, and this time they actually left us a pretty present...not a nasty one!

A little later Kolton came in to tell me there were actually 2 rainbows...so I tried to get a shot. Maybe if you look really close you can see them both.

5th Grade Party

Last Thursday was the boys' End-of-the-Year party, here are a few shots of that afternoon. It turned out to be a very warm and windy day. I know the boys had a good time, and they're definitely excited about entering Middle School in August.
