Tonight Morgan decided she didn't like the dinner I made, so I told her if she pulled her second tooth out she wouldn't have to eat it. Guess she's head strong like her mama...she got that sucker out!

Ladies (Moms) ONLY trip to Gulf Shores
Three girlfriends and I headed down to the beach on Thursday afternoon and returned home Sunday evening. It was so relaxing and fun, I haven't laughed so hard that many days in a row in a long time! We're hoping to make it either annually or biannually from here out. I'll add more pics as I receive them from the others.

Shark Teeth August 17th
September 2, she finally lost her first tooth!! Happy tears - she was not ready to see blood, but was excited it was out. She was wiggling her tooth and Kaden accidentally bumped her arm and it came right out.

Bean Drop
A friend of mine told me about a "Bean Drop" that was looking for volunteers. Local farmers had green beans that were too short, long, fat, or whatever for the local grocers and would have to throw them away if they didn't have volunteers willing to bag them for places in the community like the homeless shelter or food pantries. They dropped 20,000 pounds of green beans and they estimated it would feed about 60,000 people. We didn't have to snap them, just bag them! I thought it was an awesome experience for all the kids to take part. Morgan didn't like getting her hands dirty, so she gradually became a helper in loading the wagons with completed bags. We spent almost 2 hours helping out.

Jamie's office had their work picnic over near a water park and Jamie took Morgan and Kaden while Kolton was recovering from his tonsillectomy. Here she is enjoying the beach part of the water park.
